Parking is available in the lots located directly in front of and surrounding the Champlain Building.
This includes the covered, multi-leveled parking garage located next to the building. To access the garage, use the parking ticket you received upon entry to the lot. Insert it into the ticket machine (it will be returned to you) and it will allow entry into the garage. We do
not validate parking.
From North
(Rockville, Frederick): South on I-270, take I-270 spur south toward I-495 S/Northern VA. At Democracy Blvd., go east, (left at light, away from Montgomery Mall). Make a left at the 3rd light onto Rockledge Dr. Parking lot/garage and building are on the left.
From South(Potomac, MD and VA): Beltway 495 over American Legion Bridge. Merge onto the I-270 spur via Exit 38 on the left toward Rockville/Frederick. Take exit onto Democracy Blvd (east, away from Montgomery Mall). Make a left at the 3rd light onto Rockledge Dr. Parking lot/garage and building are on the left.From East (Silver Spring/Baltimore): I-495 to I-270 (Exit 35, north towards Frederick ). Exit 1B and turn left onto Rockledge Dr . Go through two traffic lights and the building and parking complex will be on your right.
